This is Sweet Peas Norma J. Burnell's "Dorianna of the Sea"  from the "Tangled Collection".
This is a beautiful image. I colored her in Prisma Pencils and watercolors and adorned her with Graphic 45 paper cuts and flowers from Petaloo. Dorianna of the Sea is available at http://sweetpeastamps.com.
I hope you have as much fun coloring her but I know you will.

    Oh Susan! WOW! This is beautiful. I had to enlarge it to get a closer look. Love the color combos and the embellishments the image is paired with. It is just lovely!
