I think the girls drawn by Terra Bidlespacher are just wonderful.  Each of them seems to speak to me and have so much expression on her face.  This is one of the newest releases from Terra Bidlespacher and is called Morganna.  She is available as a single rubber stamp or on a sheet with three other wonderful Terra Bidlespacher  images on Plate #210.

SWEETPEA DT INSPIRATION

What a close shave!  Got my week's completely confused and created a card for next week and not this week.  Luckily I had an image coloured but couldn't find the right papers etc to get inspired to complete it.  Having disregarded my previous attempt I found another image I'd coloured and not used which seemed to work ok with what I had just done.  Hope you think so!

I used TERRA BIDLESPACHER'S HONEY from Sweetpea available as either a single stamp or as a plate Sheet 11, Plate 210.

Moonlight Fun

It is no secret that I love all things Halloween.  I have taken a couple of the gorgeous Sweet Pea Stamps images that are not technically Halloween images and done them up in Halloween colors.

 First up is Gothic Moon.  This is an image drawn by Rebecca Sinz and can be purchased in both red rubber or digital.  Isn't the silhouette of the cat just a wonderful addition?

The second is an image called Salting Slugs by Terra Bidlespacher.  I love the girls that Terra draws.  They have so much expression and personality I can not get enough of them!

Wonderful stamps fromTerra Bidlespacher

I have to say, I like all the artists that we have at Sweet Pea stamps, but the more and more stamps that I get from Terra Bidlespacher the more I am enamored with them.  Here's two of my most recent stamps that I just adore!!  Oh.  The first card is done with a shimmery cardstock and a layer of amazing die cut paper.  Then I added a tiny ribbon along the edge of the die cut.    This image is called Bite and is from Plate #210.  Be sure to check out the artist's coloring because I think my coloring makes this image look SO different.  I just love those skull panty hose on her. I would SO wear those and a chocolate cuppie cake with horns and a tail.  I love it.  That's just adorable.  What a cutie!!

I added  great saying "My heart belongs to only you!"  as I am sure you have guessed, that would be a card for my hubby.  If the outfit wouldn't entice him, I would be holding a yummy cupcake.    But, in the end, I am guessing it's the saying that would really get to him.  It might be harder to see in the photo, but I layered the image on a wonderful shimmery glittered paper in red and fussy cutted it out.  You can esp. see that at the base of the say and in between the saying and her hair where there is a gap.  It adds an extra shimmery sparkle on an already metallic cardstock base.

The card below is also using a great Terra Bidlespacher stamp called Tilla.  This image comes from Plate #209.  Again be sure to check out the artist's coloring as I think my version looks very different.  I am using some festive paisley background paper here that shimmers and has glitter from Heidi Grace.  Then I added Heidi Grace fabric stickers and glitter paper.

Oh yes, Halloween is coming!  I am enjoying getting in the Halloween mood with the Halloween images sale from Sweet Pea Stamps

This lovely image is Tricksters by Terra Bedlespacher and can be purchased as a single or part of a fabulous Halloween set of four images on Sheet #155.  I don't believe that, even if mischievous, these darlings could actually hurt any one.  Do you?

Hi Everyone.

I sponged Distress inks on the image and 

fussy cut it out and popped it up after glitzing the wings 

and the unicorn horn with my clear glitter pen.

I attached the corner with my new Stamp Runner tool by 

TomBow.  I love it!!

This is the lovely Tilla.  She is a creation of Terra Bidlespacher for Sweet Pea Stamps and is part of Plate #209.  I colored her without selecting background papers or having any plan first.  That is not how I normally do things so I am quite happy it worked out.  These papers from the Basic Grey PB&J collect happened to go perfectly!

I really love Terra Bidlespacher's style and especially the 'girls' she draws. This one just called my name and begged me to color her.  I paired Nell with some paper from Fancy Pants.  The border is made alternating a corner die.

Be my valentine

Here's a wonderful Sweet Pea stamp from artist Terra Bidlespacher called Rainbow Drear (Plate #182). If you check out the original as colored by the artist, you will see how different the image looks on my card. I colored up this image for a Valentine. Even though she kind of has a ho-hum look on her face, just wait until her Valentine shows up. Her little face is going to light up.
Isn't she so adorable and dressed for the holiday? I added some wonderful glitter adorned paper from K&Co, some beautiful flowers with bling and die cut the image out with a huge circular die cut and adorned it with pink ribbon. Here's a close up of the stamped image, colored in Copic Markers:

Can't you image the smile coming to this little girl's face? I almost have to laugh and think if you have a teenager, you are probably used to seeing this expression a lot anyways! If this is the look on my face on Valentines, you best bring out the chocolate (white chocolate preferred, thanks!!)

Meet Bea

Here's one of my very favorite artists, Terra Bidlespacher and this image is called Bea (plate #179). This card is a super tall card, that is 8"x4"! It's just perfect for those wonderful pads of paper they sell, that are standard 8"x 8". I also have an Ultimate Tool from Crafter's Companion that allows you to make any size envelope to match your cards. Perfect!
Bea is just perfect for this super tall card. She really stands out. I had an adorable die cut frame from Quickutz. Isn't this stamp great with that? Go look for your 8x8 inch papers and make some tall cards for Christmas! It's a unique size that will stand out when you give them.
