Connie-Happy 3rd Anniversary Sweet Pea!!

This cutie by Elisabeth Bell named 

"Party Play"

is blowing her horn over the fact that Sweet Pea Stamps is celebrating

their 3rd anniversary!!

I masked her with some Eclipse masking tape and airbrushed Copic color

for a background, added some "Star Dust" Stickles for a

bracelet, ribbon by Reasonable Ribbon for a bow and

embossed background by Provo Craft with

a gem doodad by Prima.
