Custom Phone Case with Elaine Cox's-Maggie Stamp

Hello everyone,

This is will be my final post as a DT member of Sweet Pea Stamps. I have had a blast working with this team and wish all the newest members the same great experience. Thank you again Jennifer and Lynette for having me on board for so long.

Today I decided to showcase another of the OOAK (one of a kind) custom phone case I have done.  This one uses the gorgeous image from Elaine Cox's called Maggie.

I am an Android girl so this case if for a Galaxy 3.  Someone inquired as to how I made these which is pretty easy but a bit tedious in nature.

The supplies you need are embellishments, E600, and Mod podge.  For this one I first painted the clear case in Acrylic paint and while the paint was still wet added sparkle to embed into the paint.  I colored the image with my Copics as usual and trim it to fit the phone case.

Copics used are:

Skin: E11, EOO,EOOOO, R20
Hair: G20,G21,V11,V01
Wings: G20,G21

Once dry, I place the image onto the case and used Mod Podge to glue it down and provide a sealant over it as well.  Then you add your embellishments were you want and I used E600 glue to add all the rhinestones, pearls, and other resin.  Side note E600 takes at least 24 hours to dry so make sure you leave it to dry properly.

And that is all it takes. I have to admit sometimes I just love to color and this is a great way to use some of the those colored images in a way that is unique and can be carried with you all the time.
