She makes the cutest images. Lisa Victoria. I really love her style. This little dragon saying hello to the ladybug is just way to adorable. But when I was done with the card, I figured I should really make a matching envelope. Cause it's that kind of detail I know the recipient would really love. So here's a video of how I made the envelope with lining.
As always I used Copics to color the image, but have unfortunately lost my litte PostIt note, telling the colors.
I made the card somewhat flat, with not to much bulk, since it had to fit inside the envelope. So in order to add some other kind of interest, I made it into a gate fold card instead. You can make any fold you like, just keep in mind that some 'types' of cards quickly become more bulky than others.
I almost always stitch on my cards, but on this one it became almost a must. Again keeping the bulk down, it adds the perfect little detail.
The stamp I used is Dragonluck by Lisa Victoria, available in the Sweet Pea Stamp store as both rubber and digi.
Thank you so much for stopping by today.
