Moon Glow
This gorgeous image is by Joanne Schemmp for Sweet Pea Stamps. It is called Moon Glow and available in digi form. I used a LOT of Copic Glitter Liners on this one so there is shimmer and shine all over. It didn't photograph well, but it truly is full of sparkle.
