Saturday's treat....

Today I had a bit of inspiration while watching Tim Holtz. He created a card using a similar layout and I thought it would be a great way to use this image I had stamped a couple weeks ago. The nice thing about this type of layout is that you can use some of those scraps from your stash that are so hard to let go of....

Supplies:
Sweet Pea Stamps Plate #7
Black Archival Ink (CTMH)
White, Black and Pink Card Stocks (Unknown)
Printed Papers (Unknown)
Silver Sentiment Stickers (StarForm)
Adhesive (Scotch)
Paper Trimmer (Purple Cow)

Directions:
  1. Cut a piece of black card stock 5.5" x 8.5" and fold in half.
  2. Using scraps of printed papers, tear a strip from the base color about 1 - 1/2" wide and the top paper about 1" wide.
  3. Layer the two pieces of printed paper, attaching to the card front across the center.
  4. Stamp the dress image on white card stock and tear out along two of the sides.
  5. Mat the stamped image on a piece of black card stock.
  6. Mat once more on solid pink card stock and attach to the left hand side of the card.
  7. Attach the sentiment stickers along the right side of the card front.
  8. Enjoy sharing!
