Birthday Packages

Who doesn't like packages, especially when they are wrapped all pretty and filled with gifts, right?

Cupcakes and Presents, Plate #31 is one of my favorite sets because it's so versatile and can be colored very quickly. And that, my friends, is always a good thing because I am always doing things at the last minute :-).
I again went to my favorite standby for the sentiment, Simply Verticals, Plate #4 and just cut the letters apart to create the sentiment horizontally.

Cupcake and Presents

As I was uploading my card for today's post, I once again realized I kinda goofed.

I really love Plate 31 - Cupcake and Presents and had several images already stamped just waiting to be colored.

I just love the blue and brown color combination and kept the card simple. No DSP, just card stock. brads, small CB embossing folder, hole punch and ribbon scraps.

Did you catch my goof-up? I should have colored the cupcake to go with this sentiment! Then again, ask any kid and they will tell you that they think presents are sweeter than cupcakes, :-).

And speaking about kids, I better whip up several birthday cards.....for the next several months we have several birthdays in the family.

Thanks for stopping and by and don't forget to check out the shop for the latest specials.
