Directions:
Image was masked and sponged around with dye pads & torn paper scraps, then colored with Copics
Cut with Labels One dies & adhered over sequin waste also sponged for color. Rub on words applied to ribbon tag and ribbon bits tied before affixing with foam tape. Small pearls were attached to arm jewelry and corner. Gellyroll glitter highlights added to hair & corners rounded on card.
