Goth Guy

I know I recently mentioned this cool stamp on a posting, so I wanted to show my card.  I am guessing this card would be a treat for most of the ladies.  This awesome image from Sweet Pea stamps artist Teresa Sherman.  He's called Goth Guy (Plate #216).  Isn't he awesome?  I am using him for this Halloween themed card, but like the other stamps on Plate #216, this stamp can be used for many other themes.

He's holding a small skull in his hand, so I used a skull punch to add embellishment to the card.  Yep, I think for most women, he'd be a treat indeed.  Have you seen all the great Digi-stamps being added to the Sweet Pea website?  You can still get your Halloween cards done because now you can buy your stamp, get the image sent to you within a day and then print it out (and size it to the exact size you want, woo hoo!) to make those cards.  I love it.  It's just perfect when I see that stamp and it's one of those, "I gotta have it right now" kind of items!

Cheers, Holley

Meet Eva the Witch

Meet Eva the Witch.  This awesome image is designed by artist Teresa Sherman on plate #213.  I love how mysterious she looks.  To enhance that look, I fussy cut her out and layered her on a piece of shimmery gold paper.  I mounted her on a double layer of double stick tape, so she is actually quite high on the card.

Then I added some major shimmery bling behind her.  It's thick bling covered in glitter and all black, but it gives a wonderful radiance about it and really makes Eva the Witch stand out.  Here's a close up of this wonderful stamp:

Drop by the store and check out all of  Teresa Sherman's images, including a new sheet, plate #222.  As a extra this week, here's another awesome stamp that is designed by Teresa, it's called Skeletal Candle Holder, plate #216.

I am using a wonderful border punch to go with it from Martha Stewart and a saying stamp from Sweet Pea stamps.  Isn't this stamp great, here's a close up, I think many people might like this for occasions other than Halloween!

Be sure and check out all the great holiday theme stamps and especially the brand new Teresa Sherman stamps!!  They are perfect for Halloween.
