The Lost Princess

Today I have a card to share with you using the ching chou kuik stamp The Lost Princess.

I had a few different version of colours in my head for this image so it took me a while to decide which way my card was going to go. 

I was initially going to do a yellow dress with green veil, but the Copic Red Violet tones were calling me, so I finished with them instead.

 This stamp can be purchased on its own or on ching chou kuik's sheet #34, plate # 129.

Tiffany Blue Mermaid

I love the combination of Tiffany blue and chocolate brown. This lovely little mermaid was a joy to ink up!

Would you believe this whole card came about all because of that 

strip of DP along the left side?

Of course the beautiful image "Purple Autumn" by Artist Ching-Chou Kuik

(plate 129) doesn't hurt either.

DP by Prima "Fairy Flora"

flowers from cake aisle at Michael's "Table Confetti"

(these were airbrushed with Copic markers)

gems and pearls from $1 section at Target

Doily Die by Cheery Lynn Designs "Italian Flourish"

I made the aqua background paper by smooshing ink pads

across glossy cardstock since I did not have any of that

color on hand. 

I also airbrushed the doily diecut to match.
(it does match in colors but scan doesn't show it) 

*TIP*

When cutting an intricate die such as this type it works very well

to place a piece of wax paper between die and cardstock.  I had no problem getting all the tiny 

cuts to fall out.

Busy, Busy

 I hope everyone is having a great week.  Today I have 3 cards to share with you.  This by ching chou kuik's called "Phoenix Allure" and she can be found on sheet 34 plate 129 with 3 other gorgeous images or as a single stamp.

 This one is by Karen Middleton's "Fluffie Fairie" and she can be bought as a single or on sheet #4, Plate #115 with 3 other cute little fairies.

 This is another image by Karen Middleton called "Believe" and you can find her on sheet #8 Plate #123.  I just love this image and it is so precious.

Spring has Sprung

Did you already see those wonderful new images of the ching-chou kuik's Fantasy Art Collection? They are amazing and so I want to show you two new springlike cards I made with some of her new images.

The first one is called 'Moon Garden'. You can find it on plate # 129. This beautiful fairy comes along with three more lovely images, or is available as a single stamp as well.  

For this card I used Bo Bunny designer paper of the Jazmyne collection. The dies are from Spellbinders and the flowers from Wild Orchid. As usual I coloured this beautiful image with Distress Inks. On the fairy wings, the flowers and background I added some glitter.

On this card you can see 'Tender Cuddle' and it is to find on plate # 110. This super sweet image comes along with three other beautiful images and is available as single stamp as well. Isn't this image so sweet? I love it so much.

For this card I used designer paper by Melissa Frances. Dies are Spellbinders. And all other goodies are from local stores. The butterfly I found at a supermarket as a Easter decoration. I added some ribbon and pins to bling it up a bit. Coloration of the image is made with Distress Inks as well. On her wings and flowers I added some glitter as well.
