I put a layer of gesso on the wine bottle and let it dry completely and then colored it with Artist Loft brilliant Blue. When the blue acrylic was completely dry I put two layers of Mod Podge over it and let that completely dry.
Then I adhered my image with Tim Holtz glossy accents and placed another layer of Mod Podge over that.
I added ribbons.
I am going to find a bubble bath powder that smells wonderful and that will be added and sealed. Christmas always beats me..not this year.
