Happy Halloween to everyone! Aletha here with my view of one
of Teresa Sherman’s fun Halloweenie images. The one I picked is Halloweenie
Vamp. You can find her in digital format or as a rubber stamp, Plate 230, in
the Sweet Pea Stamp store. Lynette is loading a lot of new digital/rubber
stamps, and she has a new artist in the mix. I hope you stop by the store.
My Halloweenie Vamp was a lot of fun to color (adding the blood
was the most fun)! I colored with Copics, and added glitter pens to the
border for accents.
I kept my layout clean and simple. These Halloweenies really
need to be the center of attention. My background paper is a background that I made
several weeks ago playing around with Lindy’s Stamp Gang sprays and Distress
Paints. I am so glad I did not toss it. The colors were perfect. Added some die
cut corners for the finishing touch.
We have a challenge for you at One Sweet Challenge. The
theme is “things that go bump in the night.” Perfect theme for this month. If
you use a Sweet Pea image for you entry, please stop by and share your little
piece of art with us in our Sweet Peas Stamps Facebook group. Once you have
done that, head over to our Sweet Pea Stamps page for all the happenings.
Thanks for stopping by. I will see you again next week.
