We have started a new “Artist of the Week” venture that will
happen one week out of every month. Our artist for this month is Norma J. Burnell and her Fairy Tangles rubber stamps. My inspiration piece is created
with the beautiful rubber stamp “Sapphire.” I was itching to touch my Copics to
this tangled fairy.
Copics used:
E000, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 31, 34,
E35, 37, 39, 42, 43, 44, 47, 49
G40, 82, 85, 94, 99
R02, 05, 08, 20
V09, 12, 15
After trimming Sapphire, I distressed the edges with
Gathered Twigs Distress Ink and then layered with purple and Kraft cardstock.
The designer paper is from my stash, as are the nail heads. That delicious die
is SCACD’s Dandelion Knoll Corner.
This week SPS is reducing the price of Norma’s Fairy TanglesArt Collection by 15%, which is a steal! SPS’s red rubber stamps are the best
on the market. Before any are shipped, Lynette makes sure that your stamp gives
you the cleanest and most precise stamped image.
Thanks for stopping by! Be sure and visit every day for more
inspiration from the talented SPS Design Team.

Gorgeous Aletha! Wow! Love your colour combo and that you coloured this beauti so colourful and kept the background more in soft colours. Fabulous colouring as always. The die cuttings in black are a perfect addition and a great contrast.
