Variations Week: Alex's View
I think this image is just adorable. I know it is called Red, White and Blue, but I had to try different colors. Mostly because I am a rebel like that ;).
This is one of the few times I actually colored the image before picking the papers. I only do that about 1 in 10 times, but love the end result on this one and it was a bonus to get to use my star dies cuts and add a bit of brad bling as well.
Get Inky!

Alex, beautiful job, love the big star and rhinestone flower you added. I like the color scheme on this, gorgeous job
ReplyDeleteAlex, this is lovely. I love the addition of the paper pricking. I went for the red-white-blue colour scheme but it's nice to be a rebel sometimes. It's amazing to see how much the cards made this week differ using the same image. Best wishes, Kym xxx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card. Love sketch of it too.

ReplyDeleteI agree your color choice is wonderful!
ReplyDeleteLovely work, it was a great idea to do this in colors other than red white and blue as it really gives such a different look on this image. Wonderful, love the piercing you did. Cheers, Holley
