The card was created using papers from Prima and DCWV, vintage lace, Prima pearls, and butterflies from K&Company, The punch used on the paper edge is from Martha Stewart, and the frame behind the image is from Sizzix. Copic markers were used to color the image, with the background airbrushed.

Lori is on Youtube!
In this tutorial featuring a beautiful stamp called "Angelic" by Rachel Anderson, Lori demonstrates how to create the look and feel of sand using glass bead gel and distress ink. (Glass bead gel can be found in your local art supply.) Relax, watch the video, and try some fun techniques with your Sweet Pea Stamps!! This image is also available as a digi.
I am currently a student at Southern Utah University, so I don't have a lot of time for blog posts.I am also a cosmetologist. I was a former visual designer for Sweet Pea Stamps, so there are a number of posts from that on my blog.

Thanks for explaining this bead gel to me Lori and showing your exquisite creation too! This IMO is one of the most beautiful stamps that SPS carries and you have carried it off wonderfully.
