Joanne Schempp's Spanish Dabloon

I loved making this card! I got to use alot of glittery sparkley and shiney things... and those are all my favorites!I used distress inks to water color this and then I got out the viva decor pens for the hilights and accents! I really like the way this came out!

    So sparkly and pretty. It goes so well with a mermaid. I love her blue hair, she turned out perfectly.

    I love the colors you used in this Dawn. And the look wet look you created on her by adding the white with a pen looks beautiful. I also love all the sparkle too. Beautiful.
