We're celebrating this week with wonderful images from artist Conie Fong. Here's one of her newest stamps at the Sweet Pea store called "Daisy." These images are available for pre-order. Isn't this a cutie? Oh, just makes me want to reach out and give her a hug!
For this card I decided to do multiple layers of Paper Temptress paper as decor. I picked wonderful column yellow paper, heavenly white paper that I punched, speckled red paper that I cut with Spellbinders and some great Neenah Solar white paper that I did my image on. After layering all these yummy papers together, the card looked lovely without additional bling. I think the image stands out nicely.

Here another wonderful stamp from artist Conie Fong, it's called "The Arrival of Spring." I was feeling very RED when I colored it and made up this card.
Project Materials (both projects included): Cardstock (Bazzill, Neenah, Paper Temptress); Image (Sweet Pea Stamps); Lace (Istanbul, Turkiye); Die Cuts (Spellbinders Nestabilities); Punch (Martha Stewart); Sewing (Linda W); Ink (Memento); Adhesives (Pop dots, Glue All, Glue dots, Ribbon Glue); Color (Copic Markers);
"The Arrival of Spring" stamp is sold individually or on Plate #185. I used several stunning shades of red Copic markers to color her. I also used some beautiful lace that I got in Istanbul, Turkey. The richness of the red so matches the card.

Have a wonderful week! Go to the Sweet Pea store and check out all of Conie's wonderful stamps. They are on sale!
These both POP Holley! I love the simplicity of your yellow one....the double frames are a nifty idea.
ReplyDeleteThe ribbon on your red one is smashing! Nice job with blending those reds together.
