Slightly Toxic

With Halloween looming on the horizon, I decided to focus on some of the images that lend themselves to the holiday.  Terra Bidlespacher has several that work and this is one of my favorites.  It is called Slightly Toxic.  It can be found on Plate #169 or purchased by itself.

This really was fun to color. I enjoyed all the stones in the floor and wall behind her as well as the melting candles in the bottles.  Just little details that set the scene so well.  Her sweet face certainly doesn't look like she would do anyone harm

Get Inky!

  1. This is such a COOL card Alex!! I adore the ribbon, it is perfect! Your shading is really nice and I wonder if you would give me some lessons in that? I can't seem to get the hang of it like you do.

  5. LOL, think I agree with you! I am not sure if she really slightly toxic or really just slightly sweet. She looks super sweet to me. Perfect for a halloween image. I just love the embellishments you added, esp that ribbon. Too cute, just like her!
