Karen Middleton's Light Yellow

There are so many possibilities and thoughts that go through my head every time I receive a new image. What color palette will I use? Will I try and keep it monochromatic? What part of the image do I really want to pop? There were so many options when I received this gorgeous Karen Middleton image-Light Yellow, that I simply had to color it over and over again.

This image can be found on Karen Middleton's Sheet 5, Plate #116.

Another card, but this time using a monochromatic color scheme.

Isn't it amazing how a different color palette completely changes the look of a image.
Thank you so much for joining me today.

  1. Renee- GORGEOUS! I love all 3! I love the ruffle ribbon you used on these. I think I like the middle one the best but it is hard to decide as all three are beautiful! You did an awesome job on this image.
