I created 3 cards for Sweet Pea Stamps and I used 3 images from one of our new artist Nikki Burnette. This first one I used "Elena". I love these images. And to tell you the truth this image took forever to color as there is so much detail to this image, but I had a blast coloring it. I used some new Basic Grey Christms paper called Jovial. I added some premade flower, but I added some buttons to the centers.
I colored in the fire with copics as the image doesn't have a fire. You have to make your own.
I also created a Halloween card using "Cassia" also from Nikki Burnette's first sheet with Sweet Pea Stamps. I used some DCWV DP, my new 3D Sizzix rose die, Quickuts vines die, MS branch, Holly leaf and a border punch. I strayed some Glimmer Mist in Pearl over the image after I colored it with copics and added some to all the black die cut pieces. The sentiment is from a Elaine Cox's set at Sweet Pea Stamps, that I stamped and cut apart.
Here's a pic showing you all the Glimmer Mist I added.
And now for my last card. I used "Telsa" also from the same Sheet by Nikki Burnette.I used some Basic Grey " Pyrus" DP, a Tim Holtz Sizzix embossing folder in woodgrain, Tim Holtz Alterations Tattered Flowers Sizzix Die.
I colored the image and background with copics then went over the entire image with some Ranger Distress crackle paint in Clear Rock Candy. Let it dry and scratched some of it off then rubbed in some Distressing ink in Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain then rubbed off any that was left sitting on top of my image.
Just amazing as always top notch!!!
