Mushroom Fairy

Here's a gorgeous image from Sweet Pea artist Teresa Sherman called Mushroom Fairy.  She's available as a rubber stamp and is sold on Plate #168.  You can also find her as a digital image.  I love this beautiful fairy.  Once I colored her up with copic markers, I had some wonderful Basic Grey paper that went perfect.

Here's a close up of this amazing fairy image:

Be sure and check out all of Teresa Sherman's amazing stamps at the Sweet Pea store.  One of my other favorites from her is this awesome Steampunk image called Steampunk Sally!

Have a crafty weekend.

Cheers, Holley

Hi everyone. I hope you are having a great week. Today I have a card to share with you using one of Teresa Sherman's images called "Steampunk Fairy".  You can find her on Sheet #1, Plate #168 or you can purchase her as a single stamp.

I absolutely love this image and believe it or not this is the first time I have even inked her up.  I don't know why it has taken me so long to ink her up.
I used some Recollections paper from Micheal's called "Love Letters" and the main paper is all printed on Kraft paper.  I also add a small piece of Basic Grey paper with the postage images on it.
The let me Count the way paper piece is from the same Recollections paper pack.

Here is a list of supplies I used for my Steampunk Fairy card.

Paper: Recollections "Love Letters", Basic Grey, Bronze CS and Dark Brown CS
Image was stamped on Mohawk 100lb bright white Cover CS
Ink: Memento Black Tuxedo
Distressing inks: Walnut Stain and Wild Honey

Some Metal and a Fairy

Hi Sweet Pea Nation,

For my card today, I decided to gather some metal washers and incorporate these into my card. Since it's been ages since I've used my copics, I was a little worried about coloring but Teresa Sherman's Steampunk Fairy is such an easy image to color because Teresa did all the hard parts..... the shading.
I used regular metal washers and colored these with my Bic Gold Poster Paint marker. I also took some wire and coiled it for her arm jewelry.

I used some Glossy Accent to fill the earing jewelry and glue down the "arm band". The sentiment is from Plate #98 which I cut apart and edged with Distress Ink.
Super fun and considering my lack of mojo, this Steampunk Fairy has put me on the right track to find that ever elusive craft mojo :-).
Thanks for stopping by and seriously, grab your coloring medium of choice, head over to Sweet Pea Stamps for some beautiful stamps and have fun! I promise you, you'll be glad you did!

Wistful Fairy

Hello dear visitors and fellow Sweet Pea lovers. When I saw this image for the first time I knew this beautiful fairy called  'Wistful Fairy' by the fabulous artist Teresa Sherman would be perfect for making a sympathy card.  And so I created following card. I coloured her in grey tones with Copics. The papers are by scrap works. I didn't want to add too much things to it, and restricted it to a bow, a charm and little bit of bling.

This fabulous image is available on Plate # 168 together with three more amazing images. But you can get it as a single stamp as well.

Thank you so much for your visit here. Sending you magical whishes!

Steampunk Fairy

Hi everyone. Hope you're doing fine and enjoy summer. When I saw this image I knew from the first sight I have to colour her in grey tones. A technique I wanted to do already a while, but didn't know what image I can use for this. I thought she is perfect for it.

This beautiful image is called 'Steampunk Fairy' and is from the new artist Teresa Sherman. She is available on plate #  168 together with three more amazing images. And she is available as a single stamp as well. I coloured her with Copics. I also tried out some stitching on my card.

I have another creation in progress with this black and white technique which I will share with you soon. So keep on visiting us.

Wish you a magical day!
Hugs, Karina

A Time for Season's

Hi, all you Sweet Pea fans.  Today I have a few cards to share with you.  I have busy the past couple of weeks remodeling my bathroom and I am almost done.  I just need to pick up a few more things to finish it off.  But the hard part is done, which was putting in a new main floor and vinyl tiles.

Anyway onto my creations this week. I took all these pictures outside so the colors are a little off.

This first one I made a Christmas card using "Wistful Fairy" by Teresa Sherman, Sheet #1 Plate # 168.  I used some Webster's Pages 6x6 die cut sheet, Lace ribbon, K&Company Border strip, Recollections red flower, the other flowers I purchased at Hobby Lobby in the Wedding Department. I also added a silver  and white cake Dollie, Martha Stewart Brand punch and some Christmas buttons.

This one is by Anna Marine, called "Paint My World Black.  This image is from Sheet #1 Plate # 160 and this image is on sale now over at the Sweet Pea Store HERE.

This image is another one by Anna Marine and she is called "Breathe of Autumn".  You can buy her as a single or on Sheet #3, Plate #170.

I added some twigs to this card and I couldn't find my branch die.  I think the real twigs look even better.

I am so glad you stopped by today and I hope if you haven't bought any of these stamps you run over and get some as they are SOOOOOO much fun to color.

Hugs:)
