Connie-Tool Time

As you can see I cut it in half, removing the angel.

I had these cute tool dies I wanted to use and the

angel just didn't go.

I embossed the yellow panel with "Forest Branches"

folder by Cuttlebug and edged with the "Drippy Goo" punch by

Martha Stewart.

A day of creating

Today I have 2 cards to share with you.  This first one is an image by ching-chou kuiks called "Pale Moon" and she can be purchased as a single or on sheet #41 Plate #199.

I wanted to use my new copics that just came in so I colored her hair green with G40,G43,G46,YG65,G20 and YG01.  The background is colored with V20,V22,V25,V28 and a mix of V20 and V25 that I created.

The flower is colored with RV52,RV55,RV66 and RV69. I colored her skin with YR0000,YR000,R12 and E11.

 My 2nd card I used a sweet image by Conie Fong called "Kissed by an Angel", sheet #2 plate #198.

I used a pre cut little card and added some paper to cover it. I used a Spellbinder labels die behind the image.  I also added a heart doily behind the image and attached the ribbon behind the image and through the bend of the card then tied it in a bow.  I finished it up with a flower swirl chipboard piece some roses and a piece of ruffly lace behind the front piece of the card.

  I colored the image with copics.

KISSED BY AN ANGEL

I have to say I just loved colouring this image called KISSED BY AN ANGEL. As many crafters are finding it has been difficult to get back into crafting after the Christmas break but I have to say I had no trouble with inspiration for this one!

My photo tent and lights have arrived and I am still practicing the get the look I want. Haven't quite got the setting right but will keep trying and let you know what I came up with.
