Hello everyone, Hope everyone is enjoying the new year. This weeks artist of the week is Charmaine Flannery. She has so many cool images it was hard to decide which one to do so I chose one with a subject close to my heart called "Necter of Life". I grew up in Arizona and my mother-in- law worked at the museum of Northern Arizona for many years. She has sent me many pictures over the years and I have grown very fond of their artwork. My card doesn't come close but it does recognize my admiration for the native Americans who owned this land, and respected it long before we came here. So with no further ado, this is my take on "nectar of life"
I used copic to color her and the great iridescent paper from my stock and the corner die
Is a sizzix brand that I picked up at a garage sale.
Have a great week, see you next Wednesday

Lovely card, Viola... your colouring on the image is lovely... her hair looks glossy and lifelike and I love the softness of the sky and the floating feathers. :)
