As a member of the Sweet Pea Stamps Design Team I thought I'd show you a card I've made with the "red, white and blue" challenge topic. For my card I have used the Sweet Pea Stamps digital image by Concetta Kilmer called "The Candy Striper". She is so pretty with that long hair and her friend in her hand. The backing papers I printed off about a year or so ago for the Diamond Jubilee here in the UK but have forgotten from where. The image I have coloured in with my Promarkers and Flexmarkers. I have made some die-cut flowers out of the scraps of paper left from the card. The card is finished off with some fibres, brads, gems, pearls, Craftwork Cards die-cut sentiment and a sating edged organza ribbon bow.
This is so sweet! Fab papers and I love how you've coloured the image - especially her hair! :D

Lovely red white and blue. She's an adorable stamp too! I am going to have to check out the cards on the challenge blog. Cheers, Holley
ReplyDeleteCute! Love the way you folded the papers in the corners.

Love your colour combo, Kym. Your colouring on her is beautiful and it looks so great that you made her hair in the same colours with white, red and blue.
