SWEETPEA DT INSPIRATION


This is another first for me I thought I'd try colouring with pencils (Polychromo and Prisma) on Brown card.  Nothing special about this card just used some recycled card  - a little course but I quite liked the natural bits in the card.



The image I used was another Karen Middleton stamp called simply FACE 3.  There are three stamps in this series, Face 1, Face 2 and Face 3 although there are many other stamps by Karen Middleton featuring female head and shoulders - all quite different and beautiful is their own rights.

    Aaawwwhh Sharon, this is so sweet! Love your coloring, and the vintage style. I really want to try coloring with pencils on kraft paper one day, I love the effect it gives. Really beautiful creation!

    Oooh this is lovely! I've been thinking about doing some colouring on kraft myself recently and this has definitely inspired me to have a go! Gorgeous soft, kind of diffused effect. I love the pretty vintage, pearly embellishments too.

    Wow just gorgeous coloring on the craft paper. I haven't ever tried it on that color! What a good idea. Love the corners with the pearls. Great ideas Sharon.
