One of artists over at Sweet Pea Stamps that make such sweet faces on her characters is Valarie Wade. I have been longing to color up some of her images.
I used my paper from Fancy Pants-Park Bench. I used one of my Spellbinder dies to create the embellished doily look on the card.
I colored the image with my Copics:
Hair: C9,7,5,3,
Skin: E15,13,11
Dress: Y19,15,11 and B000
