Elaine Cox - Katie
Here is a card that I have made using a Sweet Pea Stamps Elaine Cox image called Katie. I have used the rubber stamp (she is also available as a plate rubber stamp (Plate 85) and Katie comes on the plate with Miranda, Bess and Maggie) but she is also available as a digital stamp. I have coloured the image in with my Promarkers/Flexmarkers and highlighted areas with my Pan Pastels. The backing papers I have used I was given. I have laid the image on some card which I embossed with a flower embossing folder. I have used my Tim Holtz On The Edge Butterfly Dye and spread over Peeled Paint Distress Stickles (no matter what I did with my photos the Stickles look pink but they are green!!). I have finished the card off with some flowers, buttons, Craftwork Cards die-cut sentiment, lace and a gingham ribbon bow.
Love the earthy green tones on this card, Kym.. perfect match for the image. Great colouring on the image too.
ReplyDeleteI keep meaning to get hold of that Tim Holtz die. :)
