Here is my interpretation of this fabulous plate by Teresa Sherman.
I chose to do 2 different cards using one stamp on each.
Below is my "Map Card"
Papers are by DCWV "All About Boys"
Color by Copic
I looked everywhere for a brass anchor to add and
finally had to settle for a plastic sword....the
starfish looks authentic at least.
Here is my "Pirate Card"
I used another sheet of the DCWV papers on this card and
also cut the words from the first card's paper and
framed them in a Spellbinder die "Fancy Tags"
I added a little gold glitz with a metallic gel pen by Pentel.

Wow, both your creations are awesome Connie. I really like the first one with the map. I think the sword looks great, though if you had found a brass piece that would have been neat. That starfish is wonderful. Lovely projects. Holley
