Just got around to sharing this one - made prior to Christmas but hadn't got around to posting.
This is available as a single stamp or as a plate Anna Marine's sheet 5, Plate 196.
More details regarding this card can be found on my blog here.
After struggling to get back into Crafting I felt really inspired when I went through my Sweet pea stamps and so I had a few inspirations to share in the next couple of weeks. If you are struggling to find your mojo why not check out the Sweet pea stamps - I have to admit I have just ordered more Elizabeth Bell and Connie Fongs new releases and can't wait to received them.
Best wishes,

Deep Down the Sea
Hi dear Sweet Pea Stamps Lovers. Most of you may know the gorgeous images by the amazing artist ching-chou kuik's as beautiful women portraits. But did you already have seen those fabulous animal images by her? Today I want to show you one of it, Seahorse. It is available as a single stamp, but also on Plate # 79 together with three other beautiful animal images.
I love those images so much as they are so much fun to colour. I coloured the Seahorses with Copics. I think the needed some bold colours. The papers I used as background are Imaginations. First I wanted to make a more clean and simple card with this image. I think this would look great as well, and perhaps the image would get a better focus. Will try next time.
Here is a close up of the image...
Thank you so much for your visit. Have you already seen the big Valentine SALE and the $1, $2 and $3 Sale at Sweet Pea Stamps? Hurry up to get some beautiful Valentines images to a nice prize.
Have a magical day!

Connie-Swan Song
This is such a beautiful image by Sweet Pea Artist ching-chou kuik
from plate #134 that
I just had to play with it again!
You can find a great deal on this stamp (along with lots more!)
by clicking
I colored her with Copic markers, masked and sponged Distress inks for a background
color then cut and mounted her on a die cut by Cheery Lynn Designs.
I mounted this onto another die cut by Spell Binders and added yet another die cut by Cheery Lynn Designs "Fanciful Flourish" along and behind it all.
I cut a SB Borderabilities "Jumbo Scallops" along one side
and added a page edge by Bazzill on top of that.
Several airbrushed flowers, some tiny pearls and a
touch of Stickles on her gloves finished it off.
I was afraid to add more for fear the paper would collapse under the weight....LOL
Thanks for stopping by!

The let me Count the way paper piece is from the same Recollections paper pack.

Be my valentine
Here's a wonderful Sweet Pea stamp from artist Terra Bidlespacher called Rainbow Drear (Plate #182). If you check out the original as colored by the artist, you will see how different the image looks on my card. I colored up this image for a Valentine. Even though she kind of has a ho-hum look on her face, just wait until her Valentine shows up. Her little face is going to light up.
Isn't she so adorable and dressed for the holiday? I added some wonderful glitter adorned paper from K&Co, some beautiful flowers with bling and die cut the image out with a huge circular die cut and adorned it with pink ribbon. Here's a close up of the stamped image, colored in Copic Markers:
Can't you image the smile coming to this little girl's face? I almost have to laugh and think if you have a teenager, you are probably used to seeing this expression a lot anyways! If this is the look on my face on Valentines, you best bring out the chocolate (white chocolate preferred, thanks!!)
Have fun making tons of Valentines for the upcoming holiday, be sure to check out all the wonderful stamps on sale at the Sweet Pea website! Also Feb is going to be a month long blog candy celebration at Holley's Blog with games and fun going on all month long in a huge giveaway to celebrate the two year anniversary of successful brain surgery. Be sure to come by and win some!
Cheers, Holley

Rebecca Sinz's Spring
Today it's my turn to share and I have used one of the beautiful stamps from Rebecca Sinz . She is available as part of a set of four here. Rebecca Sinz's sheet 6, plate 200 Seasons Series.
I am pleased with the way she turned out as I did find the foliage quite difficult to achieve the look I wanted to recreate.
If you like this and would like more information please check out my blog here.
Feeling inspired when why not take a look at the new releases from Sweetpea, check out the special offers and grab yourself a bargain!
For more inspiration don't forget to check back regularly and see what the other DT have created.
Wishing you a creative day.

Fairy of the Night
I love the look on this wonderful fairy's face. She seems so reflective and just deep in thought. The original by ching-chou kuik has her all in black, and she is gorgeous. I love seeing what color does to change the look and feel of an image. I think she is just as pretty in red.
Fairy of the Night is part of Plate #29 and all four of the images are amazing. She is also available individually and is currently on sale for $2. YES! You read that correctly!
Have fun creating with all of your Sweet Pea Stamps Images!! Be certain to share with us for Customer Creations week on the blog and enter in the challenges at One Sweet Challenge.

Peony and the birdcaged!
Hi Everyone,
For my card today, I colored up "Peony" and it's one of my favorite by the amazing artist ching-chou kuik who's whole collection you can find HERE.!
This image, "Peony", can you find here,on plate 97.:)
Sometimes it's hard for me to start coloring, but Sweet Pea Stamps stamps weave their own enchantment over me by the time I'm finished coloring the image:).
I coloring this beauty with my Copics:).
The flowers are a mix of Prima, and this beautiful DP is from Pion Design!
This bird cage and bird are from a Tim Holtz dies, and I've added some brown Sisal grass inside the cage, to make it look like a nest!:) On the bird I've used tissue paper.
All the edges are distressed with Distress ink-Vintage Photo, and sewed with my sewing machine!:)

Connie-Be My Valentine?
I just realized it is less than a month until Valentine's Day!!
So here is one for you.
I used the heart image from plate 19, but
there are more images that work well for this theme
on that plate.
You will find it
I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder
"Script Texture"
a Martha Stewart edger "Lace"
a doily die by Cheery Lynn Designs "Italian Flourish"
I stuck 3 tiny roses behind the focal image
to dress it up and add some
dimension.
I like it and hope you do too.

Winter or Summer?
I don't know if you live in a place like I do, but here in South Texas, our weather is confused. It's been in the mid 70s and the tree in my front year finally just shed it's leaves this week thinking it was fall. On the opposite side, the tree across the street just started budding leaves thinking it is spring. So, here's a couple cards I have made in honor of the Texas weather, one for Summer by artist Elisabeth Bell, and the one for winter by artist ching chou kiuk.
So, lets start in Summer, as a real Texan (esp a south Texan) that is what you love. Winter is just something we accept here, and what most of you consider "winter" that's something we here in Texas could not live in. This wonderful stamp is called "Kiki with Dolly." She's a dolly herself, huh?
Now let's move to winter....we don't have much of a winter here. Temperature does drop down, lol. We don't own real coat, boots, ever see snow....And I must just laugh and say I have seen snow and been places on jobs and in college where it did snow and I don't care for it. This is a wonderful image from Sweet Pea artist ching chou kuik called Winter Watcher (plate #25.) This stamp is definitely an all time favorite from this artist.

Dark Thoughts and Little Blue Shoes
Have you checked out the overstock sale lately? There are so many gorgeous images available ranging from $1-3, including this one titled Dark Thoughts by Anna Marine - currently this image is on sale for only $2.
The papers are from Authentique, the leaves are Prima and the spray is Wild Orchid. The image was colored with copics.
This is also an Anna Marine creation titled Little Blue Shoes. Priced at only $2 you can't go wrong, it is a gorgeous image!
The papers are Authentique, the key and frame are from Tattered Angels, the frame was spritz with Frost Blue glimmer and then distressed with Memento Cocoa ink. The image was also colored with copics.

Little jewelry bag
I'm excited to show you today's project. I played with stamps and fabric, together with embroidery. I used an usual piece of white cotton fabric. It was too white so I dipped it in some tea to age it a bit. The images I have used are from ching chou kuik's collection. They are called Nostalgia and Spring luna from plate #30.
I stamped the images with black fabric ink and then used fabric pens to color here and there. I know it works with promarkers too if you want a neater finish. To add interest to the images I embroidered details with a glittery thread and added some matching beads. Then I just sewed the two pieces right sides facing, a little tunnel for the ribbon on top and voilá - a little bag for jewelry or as a giftbag. If you want a bigger bag you could use four images, kind of like an Andy Warhol piece.

Karen Middleton and NO COPICS
Hi everyone. I hope you are having a wonderful day. Today I would like to share with you 2 cards that I created using 2 of Karen Middleton's portrait images. For anyone who follows my personal blog know's that I also love to color images with my pencils on Kraft paper. Well this is my first time coloring Sweet Pea Stamps images with my Prismacolor pencils and I am sooooo pleased with how they came out.
This first one I used the image called "Pixie" and she can be purchased as a single of on Sheet #18, Plate #194. I used some Six By Six paper by My Minds Eye called "Honey Cake".
I colored her with Prismacolor pencils. I also added some Wild Orchid Crafts roses, pearl wedding embellishments, distressing tool and distressing ink in Stained Walnut.
For my second one I used another Karen Middleton stamp called "Tara" and she can be found on the same sheet.
I colored her with Prismacolor pencils on Kraft paper too. I used some Basic Grey paper from the "Marjolaine" line. I added some flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts, Sizzix Leafy Flourish die that I cut into pieces. I also used a Spellbinder Nestie Die for the image and added some blue rhinestones. I also went around the edges of the paper with Distressing ink in Crushed Olive.
Well I hope you like these and that I tried to create something a little different.
Remember there is a HUGE sale going on over at the STORE. SO hurry up and grab some FAB deals before they are gone.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day.
